The start date of IPL 2020 was recently announced after the tournament in March was cancelled due to the global pandemic. There will be a total of eight teams participating in the tournament, with IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore playing for the 13th season as well with captain Virat Kohli and coach Simon Katich.  Now, as IPL 2020 is all set to start soon, Virat Kohli shares a video of his past interviews as the captain of IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore and reveals he can’t wait for what’s to come.

On Twitter, Virat Kohli shared a video of his throwback interviews as a captain for his team during the IPL 2020 season. Kohli shared the video with a clock emoji and tweeted, “Loyalty above everything. Can't wait for what's to come.” Sharing the video, the Royal Challengers Bangalore captain mentioned how he can’t wait for what’s to come. Virat also added how loyalty for his team is above everything as he has remained true and played in every single season since the start of the IPL in 2008.

The video features parts from Virat Kohli’s interview as the captain of  Royal Challengers Bangalore. It also saw clips from the training sessions during the IPL season and the behind-the-scenes from advertisement shoots and outings etc. While Virat shares the video, earlier this week, the RCB skipper shared two pictures with his teammates and expressed his excitement for the delayed season to start. With almost a month for IPL 2020 to start, the Indian cricket team captain shared an hourglass emoji as he can’t just wait for time to pass by.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli has played 177 matches for the Bengaluru-based franchise and has made 5412 runs, including five centuries so far. Talking about IPL 2020, after it was postponed, the 13th season will commence from September 19 and go on until November 10. IPL 2020 is scheduled to take place in UAE.
