Shruti Hasan's 'The Eye' Co-Star Mark Rowley Heaps Praises About The Actress's Talent; Calls Her, 'Absolutely Hilarious'- See PIC
Shruti Hasan completes shooting for her international project The Eye alongside Hollywood actor Mark Rowley in Greece
Pan-Indian actress Shruti Hasan has often left the audience mesmerised by her beauty and acting chops. She recently finished shooting for her first international movie, The Eye, in Greece. It seems like, just as the people here, she has left a lasting impression on the cast of her upcoming movie.
Announcing the wrap of the movie, her co-star Mark Rowley took to Instagram to praise the actress for her talent. Sharing a picture of them sitting on beach chairs and holding umbrellas, Mark wrote, "Thats a wrap on The Eye @shrutzhaasan is absulotley hillarious and so bloody talented. A power team of creatives @daphneschmon @emilycarltoncarlton @melanie_dicks2 @yufai.suen Can’t wait for 2023… Thanks for the sun and good times Athens/Corfu!"
For the unversed, The Eye is Shruti’s second international movie after Threadstone. If reports are to be believed, the upcoming psychological thriller follows the journey of a widow who returns to a Greek island to spread her deceased husband’s ashes. The movie also stars Mark Rowley, Anna Savva and Linda Marlowe, among others. The entire cast of the movie has been filming in Greece for a month.
Talking about the project, the 36-year-old actress had told IANS, "It has always been my dream to share stories through music, words and the visual medium of cinema. The concept of widening that net and being able to do that globally is beyond exciting – it’s so wonderful to be a part of such a wonderful team – that too led by incredibly talented women is something that is extra special! It’s a beautiful story and I’m so honoured to share it with people."
On the work front, Shruti Hasan will also be seen in Salaar opposite Prabhas, Chiru 154 opposite Chiranjeevi and NBK 107 with Nandamuri Balakrishna.
