In a shocking revelation, it has been disclosed that Kannada actor Darshan, actress Pavithra Gowda, and others were involved in the brutal assault and torture of Renukaswamy before his tragic death. The Karnataka Police recently submitted a 3,991-page chargesheet in connection with Renukaswamy's kidnapping and murder, uncovering gruesome details that paint a horrifying picture of his final moments. According to various media reports, the chargesheet detailed that Renukaswamy was brutally assaulted by Darshan and his associates, resulting in severe injuries. His chest bones were broken, and his body bore a total of 39 injury marks. One of the most disturbing details was a deep cut found on his head, indicating the extent of the violence he endured.
The chargesheet also revealed that Darshan and his gang administered electric shocks to Renukaswamy’s private parts in an attempt to wake him up after he passed out from the excruciating pain. After Renukaswamy was killed, the accused reportedly used their influence and money to cover up the crime. They attempted to destroy evidence and tried to frame other individuals to avoid being implicated in the murder. A viral photo has surfaced, allegedly showing Renukaswamy sitting on the floor in tears, seemingly during the torture. While the authenticity of the picture has not been verified by sources like The Free Press Journal, it was reportedly found on the phone of Darshan’s aide, Pavan, and has been submitted as evidence by the police. However, law enforcement has yet to make an official statement regarding this discovery.
Renukaswamy’s autopsy report revealed more horrifying details, indicating that his death resulted from shock and hemorrhage caused by multiple blunt injuries. Reports also surfaced that his body bore significant signs of abuse, including black and blue marks on his back, arms, and chest. He also suffered a ruptured testicle, and his ear was missing, adding to the horror of his brutal killing. There were also reports that parts of Renukaswamy's body were eaten by dogs before he was discovered near a flyover in Bengaluru on June 9.
Darshan was arrested on June 12 in Mysuru for his involvement in Renukaswamy’s murder. The motive behind the crime was reportedly linked to Renukaswamy allegedly sending lewd messages to actress Pavithra Gowda, who is a close friend of Darshan. The entire incident has left the Kannada film industry and the public in shock, as more details continue to emerge from the ongoing investigation.
