Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently found herself in fits of laughter after witnessing Shah Rukh Khan (SRK) and Vicky Kaushal's impromptu dance to the hit track "Oo Antava" from Pushpa: The Rise, a song in which Samantha originally starred. The duo performed the number during the IIFA 2024 awards, which they were co-hosting. The iconic video of their performance quickly went viral, grabbing Samantha's attention. In response, Samantha took to her Instagram Stories to share the viral reel, expressing her surprise and delight. She captioned the post with a series of laughing and heart emojis, admitting that she "never imagined this happening in a million years." As of yet, SRK and Vicky have not responded to her post, but the video continues to circulate widely, earning praise from fans and celebrities alike. The fun didn’t stop with "Oo Antava." Shah Rukh and Vicky continued to entertain the audience with energetic performances of other songs, including "Mere Mehmoob Mere Sanam" from Duplicate, which was remade for the film Bad Newz. SRK even took the time to learn the hook step of the song "Tauba Tauba" from Vicky. Karan Johar later joined the two actors on stage, performing the dance number "Jhoome Jo Pathaan" from SRK’s blockbuster film Pathaan.


Samantha also had a noteworthy time at IIFA 2024, where she was honored with the Woman of the Year in Indian Cinema award during the IIFA Utsavam event. Dressed in an elegant green gown, Samantha accepted the award with gratitude. Apart from the IIFA celebrations, she has been busy promoting her upcoming series Citadel: Honey Bunny, an Indian adaptation of the 2023 series Citadel that starred Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden. 


Directed by Raj and DK, this spy thriller, set in the 1990s, features an ensemble cast that includes Kay Kay Menon, Simran, Soham Majumdar, and others. Samantha was in London for the series premiere, joined by Priyanka Chopra for press interactions.
