Reasi Bus Terror Attack: Kangana Ranaut, Riteish Deshmukh, Others Condemn ‘The Cowardly Terrorist Attack’ On Pilgrims As Horrific Visuals Go VIRAL
The nation was left in shock after a bus carrying Hindu pilgrims to a temple in Jammu and Kashmir’s Reasi district was attacked by terrorists. The bus fell into a gorge and claimed 9 lives, leaving many others injured. Social media users have been taking to their social media handles to express their shock and condemn the ‘cowardly attack’. Many Bollywood celebrities have also raised their voice and extended help and well wishes to the victims and their families. 

As per a recent report by the Free Press Journal, the bus was carrying Hindu pilgrims to Katra from the Shiv Khori shrine, when it was attacked by terrorists at around 6:10 pm. The terrorists opened fire at the bus, which caused the driver to lose control and the bus plunged into a gorge. The report adds that around 33 people have been injured in the incident. Visuals of the accident site are currently going viral, leaving netizens heartbroken. 

Actress and filmmaker-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut took to Instagram and wrote, “I strongly condemn the cowardly terrorist attack on the pilgrims in Reasi, Jammu & Kashmir. They were going for Vaishnodevi Darshan and terrorists open fired them only because they were Hindus. I pray for the departed and hope for the swift recovery of the injured.” Varun Dhawan and Rashmika Mandanna also took to their Instagram stories to react to the terrorist attack. Sharing a post about the news, Uorfi Javed wrote, “Killing in the name of religion - which God tells you this?”

Riteish Deshmukh, Anupam Kher, Parineeti Chopra, and others took to their official X (formerly known as Twitter) handles to react to the news. The former wrote, “Heartbroken & devastated with the visuals of the Reasi terror attack. Prayers with the victims and families.” Irfan Pathan wrote, “Those terrorist attackers are coward who attack innocent ppl. This is evil. #Reasiattack.”







The attack has left netizens furious. They have been expressing their anger by trending #AllEyesOnReasi and #AllEyesOnJammuAndKashmir on X.
