Bollywood star Raveena Tandon has been thrust into a major controversy after three women alleged that she abused and assaulted them while in a drunken state in Mumbai's Bandra suburb on Saturday night. The source, speaking exclusively to Free Press Journal, revealed that the three women, who are now claiming to be victims, had gathered outside Raveena's residence and were the ones who initiated the altercation by hurling abuses at the actress' driver. "If the driver had injured them first, why didn't they go to the police station and file an FIR?" the source questioned, further stating that the accusations against the driver were also false.
The source added more details about the incident, stating, "While Raveena was trying to calm the mob down, a man came out of nowhere and slapped her hard. He also pulled her by her hair, and she was in pain." According to the source, because there was no actual accident, the Khar police did not register a complaint or an FIR. "The accusations are completely false and baseless," the source asserted.
CCTV footage from outside Raveena's residence has surfaced online, showing the three women waiting outside the actress' house as she arrived in her car. The footage then captures a heated altercation, first with the driver and then with Raveena herself. In a video that went viral earlier, Raveena can be heard pleading with the mob, "Please don't hit me. Please don't push," highlighting her distress during the confrontation.

A member of the complainants' family claimed that the police at Khar police station refused to register their case and instead suggested an out-of-court settlement, but the family insisted on seeking justice. This development has cast a shadow over the actress, who is known for her illustrious career in Bollywood and her recent work in films like "Patna Shukla." The controversy highlights the complex nature of public altercations involving celebrities and the challenges they face in such high-profile situations.
The incident serves as a reminder of the scrutiny that public figures endure and the importance of understanding the full context before passing judgment. With both sides presenting differing accounts, the truth of what happened that night in Bandra remains to be fully uncovered.
