Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Drop The Royal Monogram Post Explosive Interview; Use Archewell Foundation's Logo Instead On Letter They Sent To A School
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have replaced the royal monogram on their stationeries and are using the logo of their foundation Archewell instead
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are a lot in the news these days thanks to the explosive interview that they gave to Oprah Winfrey. The former royals opened up about their life at Buckingham Palace and made several allegations. From being subjected to racism to their son Archie not receiving security, they made many startling statements. Now, the couple is in the news for dropping the Royal Monogram for the logo of their Archewell Foundation.
In a letter sent by Meghan Markle to a school in London, the stationery holds the logo of their non-profit foundation. Last year, the couple was at the receiving end of the netizens as a letter by them carried the royal monogram, i.e., H and M with crown on top of it. But this time, it seemed Meghan and Harry were careful of the logo that appeared on the letter they sent out on their behalf. The letter was sent to Robert Clark school in Dagenham by Meghan on International Women's Day. An excerpt from the letter read, "This International Women's Day, in collaboration with the work of our non-profit organisation, Archewell Foundation, we are encouraging everybody to participate in real acts of compassion for the women in their lives and their community. One suggestion we have is to take a moment to learn about the trailblazing women who came before us."
Post Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's interview, a lot of discussion took place on social media. Prince William also commented on it and stated that the Royal Family is not at all racist. We had a very special delivery this week. It has been lovely to share this letter and advice with the students and remember our International Women’s Day celebrations last year. #IWD2021 #iwd pic.twitter.com/wLDisgETwp
