Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai had entered a new phase in her life, Malala tied the knot to Asser at her Birmingham home. Malala taking to Twitter shared the pictures of her close-knit nikkah ceremony with a heartwarming note. Her Tweet read, “Today marks a precious day in my life. Asser and I tied the knot to be partners for life. We celebrated a small nikkah ceremony at home in Birmingham with our families. Please send us your prayers. We are excited to walk together for the journey ahead.”
Malala looked pretty in a pink salwar suit styling her look with a simple maang tika, bangles and earrings. Her husband Asser was seen in a white shirt paired with a black vest coat, and tie in pastel pink shade. Pictures shared by Malala had the couple posing with her parents. Malala also posted some candid pictures. As soon as the Nobel prize winner posted pictures of her Nikkah, congratulatory messages poured in for the newly wedded couple.
Actress Divya Dutta congratulating Malala tweeted, “Mubarak to you and Asser!! So happy to hear. God bless n regards to your parents” Malala's father Ziauddin Yousafzai sharing the news, Tweeted, “It is beyond words. Toor Pekai and I are overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. Alhamdulillah.”

Malala who advocated education for girls was shot in October 2021 by Taliban gunmen for supporting girls’ and urged them to get education in Mingora, Swat Valley in northern Pakistan. Later she moved out of the country and shifted to Birmingham, UK.
