Kim Woo-bin is one of the most popular actors in the South Korean industry. After a two-year-long battle with nasopharyngeal cancer, Kim Woo-bin is all set to return to the small screen with an upcoming dystopian drama 'Delivery Knight' based on a popular webtoon with the same name. On Friday, Kim Woo-bin's agency AM Entertainment officially announced that the actor has been offered a role in the Netflix drama.
'Kim Woo-bin has been offered a role in the Netflix drama 'Delivery Knight' (working title), and he is currently in talks to appear,' said his agency. Talking about the drama, 'Delivery Knight' is a futuristic thriller story following a group of people known as the delivery knights that press on to deliver items to citizens in an unbreathable world and if Woo-bin is to opt for the role, he will be known as a delivery knight as well.
For the uninitiated, Kim Woo-bin recently wrapped up shooting for his upcoming film 'Alien' co-starring Ryu Jun-yeol and Kim Tae-ri. Other than that, he is also in talks for another drama 'Our Blues'. The actor was last seen opposite Bae Suzy in Uncontrollably Fond. Fans can't wait to see the actor on-screen.
Woo-bin began his career as a runway model and made his acting debut in the TV drama White Christmas. He later gained attention in A Gentleman's Dignity and made his breakthrough with School 2013 and The Heirs. The actor also starred in box office hits Friend: The Great Legacy, The Con Artists and Twenty.
