Haryana’s Pharma Owner Gifts Cars To Employees For Their ‘Hard Work, Dedication, And Loyalty’ Ahead Of Diwali!
A Haryana-based pharmaceutical company owner gifted cars to his employees as a Diwali gift. The company’s director MK Bhatia, refers to his employees as celebrities, presented 12 ‘star performers’. 

The pharmaceutical company, Mits Healthcare, also plans to present cars to 38 more employees in the near future. Among all the recipients of this grand Diwali gift was also an office boy. 


As per the reports, Bhatia has attributed the success of his company to the "hard work, dedication, and loyalty" of his employees. Some of whom have been with him since the company started.

Nevertheless, for Bhatia, these cars are not just Diwali gifts buy rewards for their "unwavering commitment and trust" in the company.

Interestingly, some of the employees who received the cars did not even know how to drive. They were taken aback by this unexpected gift, something they had never even dreamed of.


A video posted by Mr Bhatia’s LinkedIn page featured an employee of the company standing beside the car as it is unveiled at the showroom.

In an interaction with the media, Bhatia also pointed out that the employees have been loyal to the company and have worked hard for its growth. "I wanted to make them feel special - like a celebrity. This happened because of a positive thought," said Mr Bhatia.

Heaping praises over the company employees, the Mits Healthcare owner shared that the company has seen a lot of ups and downs but these employees remained with us and helped the company grow. "They are our stars." 


The cars were handed over a month ago, but the news gained traction over the month. Mr Bhatia said it was a coincidence that the news surfaced around Diwali, though he had not planned about it.

MitsKart owner said he plans to increase the number from 12 to 50.

Tata Punch is an entry-level micro SUV that was launched in 2021. The exact details of the variant are not available but the range starts from Rs 6 lakh.
