The report stated that as per her claims she had “personal relationships with stars such as Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan” and that she would rope a popular actor as a presenter. They claimed that she dishonestly took money by falsely claiming that she would rope Kumar for the project.
The production company’s legal representative, Falguni Brahmbhatt, went on to claim that Digangana reportedly attempted to strong-arm a heft payout through threats. As the complaint against her was lodged, the actress also slapped him with a legal notice and accused him of defamation. She brushed off his claims and interpreted them as a “desperate cry for attention.” The actress’ lawyer, Rajendra Mishra stated that she had received a green light from Akshay Kumar for the collaborative project, however, it was Manish, who didn’t follow through after agreeing.
