The Ambani clan is one of the wealthiest families across the globe and owing to their reputation, they tend to spend big bucks on multiple luxuries. While the family can easily make it to the headlines for various reasons, be it owning a lavish asset or arriving in utmost panache for an event, the family members are known to be very careful of looks.

In 2016, Mukesh Ambani’s son Anant decorated the headlines for his mind-blowing weight transformation and he was personally trained by Vinod Channa.

Channa is known to be one of the most prominent celebrity fitness trainers and he has trained the likes of John Abraham, Ritesh Deshmukh, Shilpa Shetty, and Harshvardhan Rane, amongst others. He is also known to have mentored other business tycoons, namely Anant’s mother Nita Ambani, Kumar Mangalam Birla and his daughter and singer Ananya Birla to name a few.

Anant’s massive weight loss left people in awe shortly after a slew of his epic weight loss transformation pictures surfaced on the internet. He reportedly followed a diet and workout plan created by Channa and he managed to lose 108kgs in merely 18 months. Well, the journey definitely wasn’t an easy one.

While the workout plan did pay off, being mentored by Channa can come at a heavy cost and it can easily leave a hole in your pocket.

But, did you know, as per FitBitz.in, Vinod charges Rs 3.5 - 5 lakh for personal training at home? Meanwhile, a Business Insider report suggests that the fitness trainer earns around Rs 1.5 lakh for 12 sessions.

Speaking to Business Insider, Vinod shared that Anant was dedicated to his goal to lose weight. He also mentioned that the 27-year-old found it difficult to adhere to his programme due to his love for junk food and overeating. He curated a diet plan that consisted of fibre, protein, and low carbs.

As per a TimesNow report, Channa has done various jobs including housekeeping and security guard. As someone who was undernourished and skipped meals often, he decided to work on his body and got enrolled in a gym.

He now has over 15 years of professional bodybuilding experience and coaching from the American Sports and Fitness Association.
