Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rule might release in March-April 2024
Allu Arjun’s most talked-about film, Pushpa: The Rise, created quite the rage amongst fans across the world. With the announcement of the film's second installment, the audience is eager to learn more about the upcoming film. Titled Pusha: The Rule, the Rashmika Mandanna starrer will be directed by filmmaker Sukumar.
If reports are to be believed, the shooting of the film is supposed to start in Bangkok next month. The filmmaker is trying his best to make the story of Pushpa bigger and better than the first instalment. There have also been many speculations regarding who will do a special item or dance number in the film. While the filmmakers have not set a specific release date, it is speculated that the film will be released in March or April 2024. A source close to the project told Pinkvilla, "Sukumar’s perfection will lead delay in the film’s release. He doesn’t want to rush to complete the shoot and hence, the makers, for now, have decided to release Pushpa 2 somewhere in March-April 2024."
Well, if the director wants to deliver a big masterpiece, who are we to complain if it takes him two years or 10 years? As long as he delivers on his promise, the audience will be happy! It is also reported that Part 2’s plot will be a closure to Pushparaj’s life and will explore his childhood and relationships with his father and half-siblings. According to Koimoi.com, the clash between Pushpa and Bhanwar Singh (Fahadh Faasil) will continue in the sequel.
For the unversed, Pushpa focuses on the story of a labourer who makes a name for himself by smuggling red sandalwood, but chaos erupts when the police attempt to bring down his illegal business. The pan-Indian movie was released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam on December 17, 2021.
