Zabaan Sambhalke Is Returning As A Web Series; Meet The Final Cast

Zabaan Sambhalke is all set to return to tickle out funny bone. However, this time, it will make a comeback as a web series. The original’s director, Rajiv Mehra, will helm the reboot, which will be made under his banner Eagle Films and will stream on ALTBalaji.


Sumit Raghwan

It has been reported that Sumeet Raghavan and Shoma Anand will essay the roles earlier played by Pankaj Kapur and Shubha Khote respectively. Now, take a look at other stars who have been roped in.

Bhaktiyaar

Bakhtiyaar Irani is going to be Parsi in the show; earlier this character was portrayed by Dinyaar Tirandaz. Ashwin Mushran will be a ‘Sheikh from Dubai’ modelled after Keith Stevenson. Rupali Bhosale will be seen as fisherwoman, while Meenakshi Chand will play a Bhojpuri actress.


Soma Anand

Tanu Khan, last seen in Ekta Kapoor's Chandra Nandini, will slip into the character of an NRI, who is also an adult actress. Pippa Huges has been roped in as the foreigner and Mishika Sharma is from the North East in the show. Furthermore, Nyra Banerjee is all set to be the receptionist and Bhavsheel Singh Sahni will play role of Money Singh rapper.

Tanu Khan

Zabaan Sambhalke was supposed to air on Sony SAB in October, but things didn’t work out and the makers decided to introduce it on a digital platform. The show will go on floors on August 14 and, if all goes well, you will be able to stream the show by September-end.  We are super excited. Aren’t you?
