One of the most-watched shows on Star Plus, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai enjoys a huge fan base. Being one of the longest running serials on Indian television, the show stars Pranali Rathore, Harshad Chopra, Shreyansh Kaurav, Jai Soni and Karishma Sawant in lead roles. The show focuses on the love story between Akshara Goenka and Dr Abhimanyu Birla. The current plot sees Manjiri emotionally manipulating Abhinav to let Akshara and Abhimanyu reunite.
In the previous episodes of the show, it was seen that the Goenka, Sharma and Birla families come together to celebrate Kairav and Muskaan’s wedding. Abhir and Ruhi kick off the sangeet ceremony by introducing a dance-off between the family members. The episode starts with Muskaan distracting Kairav during his dance performance with Abhinav by blowing him a kiss, which makes him lose. On the other hand, Aarohi pretends to be unwell so that Muskaan can win the round. The family members applaud her kind gesture. Manjiri will be seen getting emotional as she sees Abhimanyu, Abhir and Akshara dance on the stage. Abhimanyu too will witness the family bond and remember Manjiri’s words. He will get emotional feeling like he isn’t good enough for Akshara. Further in the episode, it is seen that an emotional Abhinav will embrace Akshara, who will urge him to tell her what is bothering him. He will tell her that he believes that he doesn’t deserve her. He will open up about his insecurities and Akshara will encourage him to confront his fears. According to the new promo released by Star Plus, in the future episodes it will be seen that Abhimanyu will be given Abhir’s custody, leaving Akshara and Abhimanyu emotional. It will be interesting to see how the future episodes of the show pan out.
