Starring Pranali Rathore, Harshad Chopra and Shreyansh Kaurav, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been running successfully for almost 15 years now. Having started the journey with Hina Khan and Karan Mehra, the Rajan Shahi production is not only one of the most-watched shows in India but it also often tops the weekly BARC ratings. In the last few episodes, it was seen that Akshara returns how after the doctor tells them that the baby is fine. In today’s episode will be seen that Akshara and Abhimanyu will keep Karwa Chauth’s fast for each other.

Today’s episode starts with Suwarna advicing Akshara not to keep the fast as she has many deficiencies and is very weak. Abhimanyu too supports the advice, which leads to them having a playful banter. On the other hand, Aarohi wonders of Akshara knows about Abhimanyu’s resignation. Abhimantyu comes near Aarohi to talk to her. Aarohi questions him on why he didn’t tell her about his resignation. He tells her that he doesn’t have anything right now, no house, no job. Aarohi consoles him and tells him that Akshara is not the type of girl. Abhimanyu pleads with her to not tell Akshara anything. 


Back at the Birla house, Manjiri and Mahima get into an argument about Abhimanyu. As Manjiri cries for Abhimanyu, since he left the house as well as the jobe, Shefali asks them to stop. Mahima suggests Manjiri to start living her life without her son. As Manjiri talks about how only 24 hours are left for Abhimanyu and Akshara’s marriage, Shefali tells them that she is going to the Goenka house to give sargi. At the Goenka house everyone sits around eating their sargi, when Shefali arrives. Abhimanyu asks her if Manjiri too has come with her. Shefali says she came alone with the sargi. Akshara and Abhimanyu keep  Karwa Chauth’s fast for each other without telling the other.

As the episode further progresses it is seen that Akshara comes to visit Abhimanyu at the hospital. She overhears Mahima and Aarohi talking and blames herself her Abhimanyu’s resignation. She decides that she will wait from him to tell her about everything. According to the promo released by the makers of the show, Abhimanyu and Abhir will be getting into an accident while they are on their way to the wedding.
