Before you go on thinking about this special person, let us tell you its none other than Mohsin's on-screen son Kairav who is played by actor Tanmay Rishi. On Instagram, Kartik aka Mohsin shared a picture of his hand turned red with the bite mark. While Kartik gets a bite mark from son Kairav, sharing the picture, he wrote, "Humarey chotu khargosh ka bite," and tagged Tanmay in it.
