Karan Wahi recently shared a road rage incident on Instagram that happened with him and later deleted the Instagram story
Actor Karan Wahi, renowned for his roles in Hindi television dramas and reality shows, faced harassment from a stranger on the streets of Mumbai. In a series of Instagram stories on Monday night, he revealed that the man chased him until he reached a police station, alleging that the individual also verbally abused him. In a subsequent video, the Hate Story 4 actor captured the stranger on a scooter following him and mentioned the man repeatedly hitting his car doors and hurling abuses. Seeking assistance from Mumbai Police and the public, Karan expressed his frustration, urging for intervention as the man refused to relent.
Later, turning his camera towards the man, Wahi stated, "Yeh admi mere piche pada hai. Gaaliyan jitni tune di hai na. Beta rukk, abhi tere paas police aayegi." Sharing details of the stressful encounter, Karan wrote, "The long story short. I took a right cut on the road cause there was a car ahead of me. This guy abused me and said CUT kaise mara and he started ranting ki tere jaise do kaudi ke TV actors bauhat dekhe hai." "I took his scooter's key and gave it back and left the scene. Then he chased me till I stopped at a cop station. Abusing me and telling me that he has a connection with the police and he will make sure that I pay," he added.
However, hours after sharing the incident on Instagram, Karan deleted the story, though fans captured and circulated screenshots on social media platforms. In a subsequent story, Karan reassured everyone of his safety and expressed gratitude to the Mumbai Police. "I am safe, I am home. Have spoken to the cops. Hopefully, this will get resolved. Thank you @mumbaipolice," wrote the actor.

On the professional front, Karan is set to appear in the legal drama Raisinghani v/s Raisinghani alongside Jennifer Winget and Reem Shaikh. The first look of the show, featuring the lead actors as lawyers, has been shared by the makers. The show explores the lives of these legal professionals, delving into moral dilemmas and the choice of doing what is right over what is easy. The series is scheduled to start streaming from February 12.
