The producer who welcomed her bundle of joy on January 27 via surrogacy told "It’s a new beginning and I just want you all to shower your wishes.” When she was asked as to how does she balance her work schedules and churn out time for the newborn. She quickly replied, “Multi-tasking is the key,” ending the conversation while addressing the media at the trailer launch of her upcoming web series Puncch Beat and Kehne Ko Hamsafar Hai.

At the same event, her close friend and work associate Vikas Gupta was also present as he is the vision behind 'Puncch Beat'. When we quizzed him about Ekta turning a mother, he replied, "She is happy kyunki vo mummy ban gayi hai and I am happy kyunki main Mama ban gaya hoon. But as she already said she doesn't want to discuss him in public. We are also respecting that.” When we asked if he was aware that she was planning a surrogate child, he reacted that if she has said not to discuss then how does it matter!

You may also recall that Ekta's dear friend Krystle D'souza also announced her relationship with his son. She had taken to her Instagram story to announce the happiness and also mentioned, '"YESSSSSSSSS MY LITTLE BABY BROTHER!".

Talking about Ekta Kapoor turning a mother, her real brother Tusshar Kapoor exclusively told SpotboyE.com, "Ravie is the second child in the family and it’s a joy. Honestly I haven't got much time to spend with my nephew as I was stuck with my work but tomorrow onward I can spend time with him and play. Frankly, I just can't wait for that moment. Ekta is spending a lot of time with her son. It sounds odd for me to call her Ekta's son (laughs). It’s a new thing which I need to get used to. I just waiting for him to start crawling and grow up so that I can play with him even more".
