Reports of a drug angle in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case emerged after Republic reported that the Enforcement Directorate shared evidence of Rhea Chakraborty using and dealing drugs with SIT. ANI reported that the Narcotics Control Bureau registered a case against Rhea Chakraborty and others. Veteran actor Nasir Abdullah said that drugs are being available in every industry, and in Bollywood, it’s in excess. Naagin 4’s Vijayendra Kumeria slammed him for his remarks.

Republic TV reported veteran actor Nasir Abdullah saying, “Rave parties have been happening in India forever, especially in Mumbai. Drugs are available everywhere, they are being used in every industry. With Bollywood, it's in excess.” Reacting to this, Vijayendra Kumeria slammed him and asked what he was tripping on while casually talking about drugs on national TV. She asked Nasir to ‘have some shame’ as he calls himself a senior actor.

Vijayendra’s tweet read, “#nassarabdulha what were you tripping on while talking so casually about consumption of drugs and narcotics on national tv..it seemed like you support this culture...sir have some shame...you call yourself a ‘senior citizen’ & a senior actor.. #shame #DestroyDrugCartel.”


Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut also opened up about drugs floating at Bollywood parties. She wrote, “Most popular drug in the film industry is cocaine, it is used in almost all house parties it’s very expensive but in the beginning when you go to the houses of high and mighty it’s given free, MDMA crystals are mixed in water and at times passed on to you without your knowledge.”
