Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah: Monika Bhadoriya Aka Bawri Bids Goodbye To The Show After 6 Years- EXCLUSIVE
One of the longest running shows at the moment on Indian TV, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has managed to entertain viewers for more than a decade. However, since a couple of years, we have seen quite a few actors from the show marking an exit.

Bhavya Gandhi who played Tappu left the show followed by Nidhi Bhanushali aka Sonu. In fact, the most popular character of Dayaben has been missing in action since years now. But, there has been serious thought around Disha Vakani’s comeback.

Now, the latest to bid adieu is Monika Bhadoriya who plays Bawri on the show. A source informed to SpotboyE.com that Monika was unhappy with her pay scale and demanded a hike to the makers. However, after a lot of discussion, things didn't work out between both the parties and hence Monika decided to opt out.

The actress who was associated with the show from six years shot for her last episode on October 20. And it's already been a month that she hasn't shot for the show. Monika's character of Bawri was quite loved by the audience. Her romance with Jetha Lal's employee Bagha was fun to watch.

Monika who made her TV debut with this show was quite emotional on marking an exit, says a source. However, when we called up the actress to seek a confirmation on the same, she was not too comfortable talking about it and quipped by saying, "Yes, I have left the show but I don't want to talk about it".

After prodding her to speak about her journey and association with the show, Monika said, "The show and the character are definitely close to my heart. I was looking for a better pay scale but they didn't agree to it. However, I have no qualms as professionally they relieved me. In fact, I don't mind coming back to the show if they agree to pay what I asked for. But I don't think it’s happening so yes, I am no longer a part of the show.”

Well, we will definitely miss the sweet nothings shared between Bagha and Bawri on the show and let’s see if the makers bring a replacement for her character.
