Post 2 months of long lockdown period imposed by the government of India after the outbreak of COVID-19, TV and film stars are now bubbling with joy to resume work once again. As the first phase of unlocking kicks in the country, many industries are being allowed to operate and this includes the TV industry. TV actor Siddharth Nigam who has won hearts with his portrayal of Aladdin in the TV soap, Aladdin - Naam Toh Suna Hoga since 2018, is also excited to resume work and connecting with his fans via #asksiddharthNigam on the Twitter platform, he spilt the beans about the same, thus leaving everyone super excited.

While answering several questions directed towards him, one of his fans asked him if Aladdin will have a fresh episode or will it also be discontinued like other shows. He was also asked if the entertainment business collapsed. To which Siddharth Nigam’s reply got in a ray of hope for the TV viewers.  The actor in his reply confirmed the shooting for his show to resume soon and currently the sets are being sanitized. Now isn’t this a great news for Siddharth’ fans?

His reply read, “Aladdin ki shoot shuru hone wali hai set ko sanitize kiya ja raha hai.”


Aladdin is in its third season, where besides Siddharth, who is seen in the key role are Avneet Kaur as Shehzadi, Aamir Dalvi as Zafar and Raashul Tandon as Genie. Amidst of the lockdown, the actor in conversation with ETimes TV had revealed of getting a Hollywood offer to act in web series but has been on hold due to the COVID-19 lockdown. He also entertained his fans with his TikTok videos during the quarantine period.
