Shweta Tiwari miffed with Begusarai broadcaster?

TV industry is abuzz with rumours of Shweta Tiwari throwing tantrums on the sets of Begusarai.

The Kasautii Zindagii Kay actress is allegedly uncooperative with the show’s broadcaster, & TV. Shweta has also been criticised for barely promoting the show -- a serious charge, considering she is the most popular face in the daily’s cast.

A little research and it emerged that the actress’s behaviour had changed after the show’s production changed hands. In June 2015, Saregama Productions and Jaasvand Entertainment had made way for Swastik Productions, headed by Siddharth Tewary.

So, is Shweta upset with Tewary’s production company? No, she has a problem with the broadcaster, and a serious one at that. A source from the production house (on the condition of anonymity) reveals, “The channel is the culprit. They made some changes in the script, which resulted in Shweta working for longer hours. She has not been keeping well of late and to top it all, her payment woes continue.”

Shweta remained unavailable for comments.
