Television actress Deepika Singh enjoys a huge social media following. She likes to keep her fans updated about her personal and professional journeys. She rose to fame and became a household name due to her portrayal of Sandhya Rathi in Diya Aur Baati Hum. Currently shooting for her serial Mangal Lakshmi, where she essays the role of Mangal Srivastav Saxena, the actress had made the headlines for taking precautions after being diagnosed with a red blood clot in her right eye. On Wednesday, it was reported by the Free Press Journal, that she was injured.
According to the reports, she was busy shooting a dream sequence for Mangal Lakshmi when a huge ply fell on her back leaving her injured. In the dream sequence, Deepika is seen getting felicitated on the stage. Quoted an ETimes report, the production team of the serial assisted her the best they could. While she tried to complete the sequence despite the injury, she had to leave the set as she developed back swelling. Deepika often makes the headlines for getting trolled after she shared her dance videos on Instagram. Commenting on the same, in an earlier interview she had said, “It doesn't affect me at all. I accept it very gracefully because of the people I am surrounded by, like my parents, husband, and my Odissi dance teachers. Staying with them, I have learned about grace and how to accept life and situations because you can't escape from it no matter how much success is there.”
For the unversed, Deepika Singh tied the knot with writer and director Rohit Raj Goyal in 2014. The couple made appearances on Nach Baliye seasons 5 and 6. They welcomed their son, Soham Goyal in 2017. She recently wished him on his birthday with a sweet post. Along a video compiling their photos, she penned a heartfelt note. A part of the note read, “Can't believe this..Boy, are you growing faster than the speed of light and we’re excited to see all the amazing things you’ll do. Seven and soaring high!
