Shehnaaz Gill REVEALS A Magical Drink That Helped Her Reduce WEIGHT; Says 'Mera To Mumbai Me Vada Pav Kha Ke Pet Nikal Aata Hai’
Shehnaaz Gill opened up about her weight loss journey and shared details about her diet!
Ever since her stint in Bigg Boss 13, Shehnaaz Gill has been in the limelight due to her personal and professional achievements. Known for her quirky personality, the actress opened up about her weight loss journey during a candid conversation with Varun Sharma in Bingo! Comedy Adda Season 2. Talking about how she managed to reduce a lot of weight during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Punjabi actress shared that it was very tough to stay slim. She went on to share that even having a vada pav in Mumbai made her gain a lot of weight.
Referring to her diet, the Honsla Rakh actress Shehnaaz Gill, shared, “It wasn’t like I did something different in my diet. I consumed the same diet but reduced my portion size. After waking up, I drink tea and turmeric water. Now I start my day by drinking apple cider vinegar water. For breakfast, I sometimes eat green grams, dosa or a fenugreek paratha. I consume a high-protein breakfast. My 70 percent focus has been towards my diet.”
She added that drinking lots of water and walking helps reduce a lot of weight. Increasing the water intake helps a lot as it has zero calories, suppresses appetite, and hydrates the body to function properly. Shehnaaz further stated that she likes to add cucumbers or strawberries to her water to make it tasty as well as healthy.
“You can lose weight effectively even while staying at home. If you aren’t allowed to go outside, then walk around in the house,” she said.
On the work front, Shehnaaz is all set to make her highly-awaited Bollywood debut with Salman Khan starrer Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The film also stars Pooja Hegde, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Venkatesh Daggubati, and Jagapathi Babu in pivotal roles.
