Shark Tank's Vineeta Singh On Getting TROLLED For Her Looks And Dresses: ‘Nobody Asked Why Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg Wear Same T-shirt’
Shark Tank India’s judge Vineeta Singh is one of the most talked about and successful businesswomen that we have in India. Singh is known to express herself during interviews and in a recent one, she talked about getting trolled for her looks and sense of style. Vineeta stated that 95% of the comments on her social media posts are just about the way she looks. People write nasty comments like she "does not look good enough" on her pictures.

Speaking with Chetan Bhagat, Vineeta said, “I am CEO of a company and even now people comment ‘you don’t look good enough', you started a makeup brand because you look so bad’, people say such negative things. Your appearance, as a woman, is given so much importance. Even on Instagram, I’ve achieved so much in life, but when I post something, 95% of the comments are about the way you look. It’s one of those things. It’s a by-product of being a girl.” The founder and CEO of Sugar Cosmetics went on to point out that women are often at a disadvantage. Vineeta mentioned that why nobody asked Steve Jobs or Mark Zuckerberg about wearing the same shirts. She fails to understand why it’s fine for them. The entrepreneur also revealed that she was criticized for starting a makeup business.
