Shark Tank India 2: Namita Thapar Reveals She Has 'No Regrets' For Not Investing In Her Fellow Judges' Competition; Netizens Call Her Out- Read TWEETS
The second season of Shark Tank India 2 is finally here and it seems like the first episode has left the netizens very angry. In the episode it was seen that Namita Thapar, alongside the other judges refuse to invest in a brand just because they are Vineeta Singh’s company, Sugar Cosmetics’, competitor. Their biasedness irked the netizens as they took to social media to express the same. They went on to bash the sharks for keeping friendship over business.

Now, reacting to all the criticisms and trolling, Namita Thapar took to her official social media handle and revealed that she is entitled to have her individual values. She went on to say that she has no regrets for not investing in the company that is a competition of her fellow sharks’ brand. Taking to Twitter, she wrote, “Being a shark doesn’t mean we are not entitled to our independent values & speaking candidly so if I don’t invest in a fellow sharks competition, that’s me, no regrets & if I call out toxicity & don’t join the ignorant that celebrate people w lack of integrity.. that’s me :)” ALSO READ: Shark Tank India 2: WHAT! Fans have expressed their displeasure of Namita’s tweet. Many pointed out that bringing friendship in between such transactions can be harmful, some made comparisons with the US and Australia’s Shark Tanks. One pointed out that if that was the case, then the makers of the show shouldn’t invite brands that are ‘competitors’ the brands of other judges.

They said, “If this is adopted by all sharks, @SonyTV @SonyLIV @npsingh90 please make an announcement that no eye care brands, headphone brands, medicine brands, car brands, or matrimonial brands are eligible for @sharktankindia .This became an emotional movie instead of a business show.” ALSO READ: Shark Tank India 2: Amit Jain, Vineeta Singh, Anupam Mittal To Namita Thappar, Net Worth Of These Judges Will Leave You Shocked!
