Salman Khan changes his mind, will promote Sultan in Kapil Sharma's show
B-town has been buzzing with the news that Salman Khan is not promoting his upcoming film Sultan on The Kapil Sharma Show. Lekin aaj shaam sab kuch badal gaya.

The story goes that the actor had initially confirmed with Team Kapil that he will appear on their stand-up comedy show. In fact, the shoot had been fixed for June 17. A few days before the shoot, however, Team Salman sent out a message that he has no dates for the same. Kapil and his team were bewildered at this volte-face.

Tongues started wagging that Colors-
who airs Salman's popular show Bigg Boss- was behind this decision. It was being said in TV circles that Colors had prevailed upon Team Salman that he would appear only on their comedy show, Comedy Nights Live, instead.

The Sultan actor recently even shot with Krushna Abhishek for the episode. We’re sure Colors was feeling victorious that they managed to keep Salman away from their rival Kapil’s show.

But now, Sony which airs The Kapil Sharma Show is having the last laugh.

SpotboyE.com learnt from sources this evening that Salman WILL shoot for Kapil’s show
tomorrow. His leading lady in the film, Anushka Sharma, will join him. The concept will be that Salman has come to celebrate Eid in Kapil's colony.

Preparations are on in full swing at FilmCity (Goregaon) where the episode will be filmed.

Why this sudden change in plans again?

Buzz is, Sultan's producer Aditya Chopra has flown back to the country after wrapping up his directorial Befikre and is taking a call on all promotional activities of Sultan from today till it hits the screens on Eid. So there is a possibility that the YRF head honcho was instrumental in convincing Team Salman that Kapil’s show is a big platform to promote the upcoming film and should not be skipped at any cost.

It’s a win-win situation for both Salman and Kapil. Wonder how Colors officials are going to react to this development.
