The popular show is all set to hit your TV screens from the end of September. A source working close to the show informed to SpotboyE.com that team Endemol has already started making calls to celebrities to participate in their show. However, no name has been confirmed as yet.

Salman who returned with Season 3 of the show Dus Ka Dum on Sony TV in 2018 after 9 years was supposed to come up with the fourth season this year. However, a source told us that the superstar has chosen Bigg Boss over Dus Ka Dum and given his dates to Colors TV. Talks were on but things didn't materialise. Also, for those not aware, the previous season of Dus Ka Dum didn't rake in the desired amount of TRPs and was replaced by Amitabh Bachchan’s Kaun Banega Crorepati 10.

Speaking of Bigg Boss, there has been a strong buzz that Salman won’t return as host in the upcoming season due to his other commitments. However, talking to Mumbai Mirror, the actor has rubbished these rumours and said, "I wish it were true but I’m doing it". He also mentioned, "I don’t enjoy it. Endemol and Colors enjoy picking up people and putting them in the house who I have to then deal with. Sometimes I enjoy it, sometimes I don’t enjoy it, not at all. But I get to learn a lot from them."

However, the 54-year-old actor was quick to respond that he would never get locked inside the house. "I would never allow it, but unfortunately, I don’t have a choice. They do come and pick me up and block me. Not anymore. No? I hope not," concluded Salman.

The previous season of Bigg Boss did not do well on the TRP charts despite having some popular faces. Dipika Kakar Ibrahim emerged as the winner of season 12 and cricketer Sreesanth was the runner-up. Gangs of Wasseypur singer Deepak Thakur walked out of the house with Rs 20 lakhs as a special prize amount.
