Television actress Shweta Tiwari has been unlucky when it comes to love, unfortunately twice, however; that hasn’t affected her optimism in regards to the same. She has now come up with a fresh tale of romance in Sony TV’s Mere Dad ki Dulhan. The show will chronicle the lives of Varun Badola, his daughter and how fate ends up bringing them with Shweta Tiwari. As per Shweta Tiwari, love can happen anytime and anywhere and that it happens irrespective of one’s cast, colour and gender. “Love is a feeling. It is not a college infatuation. I believe love can happen anytime and anywhere. Love doesn't see cast, colour or gender,” she said. The actress added, “You may find your companion at the young age of 20 or you might end up finding your perfect match at the 50s or 60s. Love is just mutual compatibility which makes you comfortable in one another's company. The same is expressed in Mere Dad ki Dulhan.”






In the past, Shweta Tiwari had spilt the beans on her daughter Palak Tiwari’s acting debut, the decision of which she has completely left on Palak. In fact, Shweta went onto to say that Palak is a better actress than her. “I am desh ki bahu, she doesn't want to be a bahu. She didn't want to do anything which is very close to my work. She is much better at acting than me."
