Mansi Srivastava Speaks Up Post Her Exit From Divya Drishti- EXCLUSIVE
TV actress Mansi Srivastava who was playing the character of Lavanya in Star Plus' ongoing show Divya Drishti will no longer be a part of the show. The actress shot for her last episode on the sets (Filmcity) two days back.

A source close to the show told SpotboyE.com that the serial is coming to an end next month and hence they are ending all the negative characters one by one. This time, it was Mansi whose character of lizard will come to a close. The actress was informed about the development in the very same week and she was also happy to make an exit. The source also added that the makers were unhappy with the response of chipkali track and Mansi too was not very keen to play chipkali on screen. Hence, they mutually decided her exit from the show.

But, when we got in touch with Mansi, she had a different version to say. The actress revealed, "Journey of this show was very good especially because of my co-actors as they are lovely. For the first time I have been part of the supernatural series and it was super fun to shoot."

To show her end, Lavanya and Divya-Drishti will have a huge fight in the forthcoming episodes and in that banter, the sisters will kill Lavanya who was turned into a chipkali (lizard) by Pishachini.

When Mansi turned lizard on the show, she was trolled on social media but at that time, talking to us exclusively, she had said, “Not at all. I don’t take these things seriously. When Dipika Kakar, aka Simar turned Makhi, she was trolled as well. It is the makers’ call by the end of it and the actor has to do what he/she is asked to do as per the script’s demand. If people are hating and trolling my character, it means that they are watching our show which is a good thing. I need to give my 100% to the character I am playing, it’s my job. However, I would love if people refrain from posting hateful comments, because that’s not me in real life, it’s just a character. We all are trying to make a good show and I request my audience to watch the show and take it positively.”
