Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead on June 14, 2020, at his apartment in Bandra, Mumbai. His death sent shockwaves across the nation. Ahead of Sushant’s first death anniversary, Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 contestant Rahul Vaidya had tweeted about Sushant, and mentioned that he would miss him always. Now, in a recent interview, Rahul Vaidya revealed that he had a special connect with Sushant, and that while they had only met on 3-4 occasions in the past, they had instantly connected.
Speaking to Hindustan Times, Rahul Vaidya talked about the connection between people who are self-made and come a long way by making it from scratch on their own, without any help. “You often connect with people who have made it from scratch and don’t have a film background or a Godfather, and we connected majorly because of that. Both of us were self-made. Whenever we met socially, we connected instantly. We would be on the same wavelength, share a great vibe, talk about music and movies for hours, even when we didn’t stay in touch every day,” said Rahul.
He further pointed out all the amazing qualities that Sushant Singh Rajput had, and said that he was ambitious and had a very clear idea of what he wanted to do in his life. Rahul said that it was because Sushant was so sorted in his approach, that his death had been extremely shocking.
