Khatron Ke Khiladi 11: Arjun Bijlani Asks Shweta Tiwari 'Aapke Chavanprash Ka Naam Kya Hai' As She Flaunts Her Washboard Abs

The contestants of Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 are having great fun in Cape Town. Going by all the videos and pictures of stars like Arjun Bijlani, Anushka Sen, Abhinav Shukla, Shweta Tiwari, Rahul Vaidya, Divyanka Tripathi and others, one can derive that they are having a time of their life. Meanwhile, recently, Arjun Bijlani shared a video of co-contestant Shweta Tiwari on his Insta stories. In the video, he asks her the mantra behind her fitness.

As Shweta Tiwari walks by, Arjun asks, "aapke Chyavanprash ka naam kya hai (what is the name of your Chavanprash)?" To this she says "hardwork". Later Arjun asks her to show her abs and oh my my, Shweta Tiwari gives a glimpse of her biscuit-cut abs and we are floored. It was recently that Shweta Tiwari underwent a physical transformation and lost all the extra kilos. She lost around 10 kilos following a diet and dedicated exercise.

Talking about her journey, Shweta had recently posted a picture saying, "Weight Loss! Phew... Weight loss is not easy...it’s very hard!You need lot of dedication lot of self control and will power!But it is not impossible Also! Especially when you have people like @kskadakia in your life,Who make this difficult journey easy and fun!I think more than me it was her who was determined To get me back in shape.. Coordinating with my trainer, curating a diet according to my needs, likes and requirements ,following up morning to evening! I Am not a client to her I Am a mission! Today my achievement of health and losing weight is All because of YOU Dr. @kskadakia."
