‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10’ witnessed the grand semi-finals this week and shockingly, Nia Sharma and Niti Taylor got eliminated from the show ahead of its finale. Both actresses had an incredible journey on the show and had given some unforgettable and mind-blowing performances. Nia and Niti got eliminated from the reality show in a shocking double elimination and their eviction has left their fans angry. Netizens took to social media platforms to call out the channel and makers for their biased decision.

Slamming Colors TV, one of Niti’s fans tweeted, “she rocked again! Its colors loss. They once again lost their credibility. Neutrals aren't even surprised by their shitty works. They too are saying its colors being unfair playing politics is what they do! That's what colors has earned,shit! #jhalakdikhhlajaa10 #nititaylor.” Nia’s fan wrote, “she was so deserving this is so wrong.”  




After a gripping and intense competition, judges Karan Johar, Madhuri Dixit Nene, and Nora Fatehi announced that four contestants including Nishant Bhat, Nia Sharma, Niti Taylor, and Faisal Shaikh were at the bottom as per the tally of the audience’s votes. Nia received the least number of votes, and thus got eliminated. Later, the second elimination was announced leaving everyone shocked. Owing to a tie in the votes among the remaining three contestants and considering there was no elimination in the previous week, the judges announced Niti Taylor’s elimination based on the scores she earned last week. Talking about her journey on the show, the Jamai Raja actress said in a statement, “I’m grateful to have had a loving audience that showed their unwavering support. When I look back on my stint on the show, I’m proud and happy to have overcome challenges that seemed insurmountable. I’m a much better dancer now than I was at the beginning of this show.”

Niti shared “I never expected the double elimination twist and I’m sad that I’m not part of the dance battle on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 anymore. Hitting the stage of this show was a dream come true for me. Along my journey, I had many creatively fulfilling experiences and I will always cherish them.”
