Gauahar Khan’s Husband Zaid Darbar BRUTALLY Trolled For His ‘Insensitive Joke’ On A Homeless Man; Latter Says, ‘To Err Is Human’
Zaid Darbar took to his official social media handle to issue clarification on the insensitive wife joke he cracked on a homeless man
Actress Gauahar Khan and her husband, choreographer Zaid Darbar enjoy a huge social media fan base. Currently raising their son Zehaan, they often take to their official handles to share glimpses of their personal and professional life. They often share their daily experiences with their followers with a hilarious take. However, Darbar recently came under fire for posting an insensitive wife joke involving a homeless man. Posting photo with a man sleeping on the roads of Mumbai, he joked that the man is sleeping peacefully because he has no wife.
Quoted by the Free Press Journal, the social media influencer wrote, “No AC, no fan, no darkness, but still sleeping so peacefully because no wife?” In the same Instagram story, he added, “But I am the most peaceful with you jaanu I love you jaanu.” Well, it is safe to say that his post immediately went viral for all the wrong reasons. Many called him out for his disgusting and insensitive joke. Deleting the previous story, Ziad issued a clarification on it. He expressed how he accepts his mistakes and humour can sometimes go wrong. His Instagram story read, “A story that I had posted is gathering some negativity. Sometimes humour can go wrong. And there is no harm in accepting flaws. After all, To Err is human. Didn't mean to invade anyone's privacy, I have utmost respect for all human kind and I act upon that in my life. The story was deleted immediately upon realisation. For the unversed, Gauahar Khan tied the knot with her husband Zaid Darbar in December 2020 in the presence of their family and friends at ITC Maratha, Mumbai. Two years later, they announced their first pregnancy leaving fans excited. They had taken to their social media accounts to post an animated video sharing the good news. They are proud parents to their son Zeehan.
