On April
16, SpotboyE.com had exclusively told you that Shakti Arora is in talks
for a show being produced by Sphere Origin.
The concept of
the untitled show is based on Pati Patni Aur Woh and the actor will be seen
romancing two actresses.
Devoleena Bhattacharjee And Drashti Dhami
Now, we hear that
Drashti Dhami and Devoleena Bhattacharjee are strong contenders for the part.
Says a source,
“Drashti was last seen in Star Plus’ Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil while Devoleena
last appeared on Saath Nibhaana Saathiya. They have done mock shoots for the
show and the makers will soon finalise the cast.”

When contacted,
Devoleena said, “I am not informed about it yet.” Drashti, on the other hand,
remained unavailable for comment.

Meanwhile, Asha
Negi, Shiny Doshi, Aditi Sharma, Aditi Gupta and Shivani Surve have also
auditioned for the part.
We hear, the plot
of the show is loosely inspired by Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna wherein Shakti’s
character has an affair with his wife’s friend, who is married as
well.

ladies, if things go as per plan, Drashti will return to the TV screen after a
year while Devoleena will mark her comeback post 2 years.
