While there were several speculations of Ekta Kapoor’s most popular TV show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein going off-air, SpotboyE.com exclusively reported that the show will come to an end in the month of December. And guess what! Now TV show’s lead Divyanka Tripathi’s tweet just confirmed the same. Taking to her Twitter handle, she penned an emotional tweet, as the show comes towards its closure, leaving tons of memories for the cast to cherish.
On that note, Divyanka, tweeted, “Can’t believe it’s been 6 years! A wonderful journey is coming to an end with a bucket full of memories. Ishimaa has been such a beautiful part of my life. #IWillMissYouYHM @StarPlus and the entire cast and crew of #YehHaiMohabbatein, you guys were so amazing!” The actress played Dr. Ishita Iyer and was popularly known as Ishimaa. This TV drama had kick-started in the year 2013 and enjoyed immense love and appreciation from the audience. Several times it also aced the TRP charts. Our reports also confirmed of the show’s slot of been replaced with its spin-off titled, Yeh Hai Chahatein. Actress Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel along with child artist Ruhanika Dhawan became household names and this show remained the audience’s favourite for 6 long years.
Coming back to the spin-off that shall be taking over the show’s time slot, Yeh Hai Chahatein, has been reported to be featuring Abrar Qazi and Sargun Kaur in the lead role.
There were several names in the news speculated to join the show such as Akanksha Singh, Karan Vohra and Karan Wahi.
