While the entire cast donned beautiful traditional
attires for the much-awaited niqaah sequence, lead actor Eisha Singh looked
glamourous in her bridal attire. The gorgeous actress donned a beautiful maroon
lehenga which was paired with a heavily embroidered dupatta, making the entire
outfit look rich. The show’s costume designer Ami Vora shared her experience of
designing Eisha’s costume and revealed that the
wedding lehenga involved a great amount of patch work and pearl
embroidery.

Commenting on her design, Ami said, “For the niqaah
sequence, outfits were specially designed for the entire cast, but Eisha’s
lehenga, since she is the bride, had to stand out from the rest. My team and I
spent a month researching on various fabrics and design patterns. We took
inspiration from various popular Pakistani designers like Ali Xeeshan, Nomi
Ansari and Tena Durrani’s collections. Moreover, it took two weeks of hard-work
and 6 karigars who worked around the clock to put the lehenga together. We have
also taken inspiration from Turkish designers and used a wide range of velvet
fabric combined with rich embroidery to enhance the beauty of all the outfits
that will be worn during the upcoming sequence.”

Talking about her lehenga, Eisha said, “Ami
definitely knows what looks good on her artists and designs her outfits in such
a manner. I was blown away by the outfit Ami had designed for me and the choice
of fabric coupled with the detailed embroidery made me fall in love with it
instantly. She completely got my taste and style after which she curated this
beautiful masterpiece. I am really looking forward to wearing this stunning
lehenga. ”
