It has been a week since two of most iconic Bollywood actors - Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor – left for their heavenly abode, leaving the whole world in shock. While Irrfan Khan succumbed to a rare form of cancer, Rishi Kapoor breathed his last because of leukemia. The duo may not be around us anymore, but their immense contribution to the film industry will always be cherished. Now, as a musical tribute to these legendary actors, a streak of TV actors and singers have decided to come together for a concert.

The list includes Hina Khan, Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Arjun Bijlani, Maniesh Paul, Aditya Narayan and Sukhwinder Singh among many others, who will be coming together for a concert titled, Dard-e-Dil: A Tribute to the Legends. A source told Mumbai Mirror, “The line-up includes comedienne Bharti Singh, singers Sukhwinder Singh, Aditya Narayan Abu Malik, and TV actors Hina Khan and Devoleena Bhattacharjee. The ex-contestants of the live singing reality show, Rising Star, will also be a part of the concert which will be hosted by Maniesh Paul.”

They added, “Aditya will croon ‘Suit Suit Karda’ from Hindi Medium while Hina has recorded ‘Teri Umeed Tera Intezaar’ from Deewana. Arjun Bijlani will sing and perform to another Rishi chartbuster, ‘Om Shanti Om’ from Karz among other acts."

The special tribute will be aired on Colors at 12 and 5 PM on this Sunday, that is, May 10. Viacom 18’s Manisha Sharma said to the tabloid that since celebrities were not able to pay their last respects to the legends, this concert is going to be a perfect opportunity for them.
