Dance Deewane 3: Raghav Juyal Reveals The Reason Behind His Exit From The Dance Reality Show
Anchor-choreographer-actor Raghav Juyal, who is majorly associated with dance reality shows, has opted out of Dance Deewane’s ongoing season. He revealed during his interaction with ETimes TV that he had to move on as he had already signed Dance+. He said that he was left in a lurch when Dance Deewane 3 got an extension. And he chose Dance+ over Dance Deewane.

Raghav said, “I feel comfortable when I am hosting Dance+. Dance Deewane got extended and my contract was getting over. I didn’t think the show would get an extension and I like hosting shows, which run for a stipulated period of time. Ideally, a music or dance reality show shouldn’t be extended like a daily soap.” “I had my commitment with Dance+ and I will also be busy shooting for Farhan Akhtar's film. So, I had no choice, but to opt out of Dance Deewane," he added.

Speaking about his bond with Dance+ judges - Shakti Mohan and Remo D’Souza, Raghav said, “I have been a host on Dance+ ever since it commenced on television. Remo D'Souza and Shakti Mohan are like family to me. Besides, they have brilliant dancers. So, in a way, there is a lot to contribute and learn from the show.”

Speaking about why doesn’t like dance shows that turn into sangeet nights, Raghav said, “I don't like dance shows that turn into a sangeet night. I prefer to connect with shows that have innovative dance forms in it. Having said that, Dance Deewane had brilliant dancers and I enjoyed my stint on it.” ALSO READ: Broken But Beautiful 3's Sidharth Shukla And Raghav Juyal Reunite On Dance Deewane 3; Duo's BTS Pics Give Ultimate Bromance Goals

"I had wanted to go to my hometown because I was not in a mood to sing and dance during the pandemic. When I returned to Mumbai, I shot for a few episodes, but then I had to start shooting the auditions for Dance+.”

Arjun Bijlani who hosted the previous season of Dance Deewane is back in the show, after Raghav’s exit. Also, Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa will continue to entertain the audience.
