Thursday started on a happy note for all the fans and well-wishers of Chhavi Mittal. The actress, who recently emerged victorious against her battle with breast cancer, announced on social media that her radiotherapy sessions are finally over today. In her lengthy note, Chhavi also revealed that she has to follow all restrictions and precautions for the next 30 days, and then she will be a free bird. Her close friend and TV actress Pooja Gor accompanied Chhavi on the last of her radiotherapy.

On Thursday, Chhavi penned a long heartwarming note saying she just can’t keep calm as her radiotherapy treatment ends today. She also posted her before and after pictures. In the first image, Chhavi shows her marking-free stomach, and another picture shows the markings on her stomach that she has carried for a month for the radiation session. And, the third happy click shows Chhavi and Pooja beaming with joy as they pose for the camera.

Alongside the photos, the cancer survivor wrote, “I can’t keep calm coz my radiation is FINALLY OVER!! I only recover from this point onwards. I have to follow all restrictions for 30 more days and then I’ll be a free bird! Image 1 shows my marking-free stomach! Image 2 shows the markings I carried for a month while the radiation took place. And image 3 has a story! I had to hold my breath while the radiation was being given & when I would get breathless and breathe, the machine would stop. So just to make the whole process fun & build on my breath holding time, I would always count in my mind.” ALSO READ: Chhavi Mittal On Side Effects From Radiation Therapy: 'Pain In The Breast Keeps Increasing, Get Tried Very Quickly And Fatigue Is Unbearable’

Mrs hippi 1, Mrs hippi 2…Well, these little things made my radiation smooth and I can’t thank the universe enough for how blessed I am! Soon this will all be behind me! Btw, I could hold my breath till Mrs hippi 32 #cancersurvivor.”
