Raju Srivastava, who shot to fame after his stint in ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge’ was rushed to AIIMS hospital in New Delhi on August 10, 2022, after suffering from a cardiac arrest. Unfortunately, he was put on a ventilator as he was critical. As per the latest update, the ace comedian has finally gained consciousness. 

As per the latest ANI report, Raju Srivastava’s personal secretary Garvit Narang issued an update on the ace comedian’s health. The Tweet read, “Raju Srivastava gained consciousness today after 15 days, he's being monitored by doctors at AIIMS Delhi. His health condition is improving: Garvit Narang, his Personal Secy. He was admitted here on Aug 10 after experiencing chest pain & collapsing while working out at the gym”.

Well, this definitely means good news for Raju’s fans.




Yesterday, Sunil Pal, one of the closest friends of Raju Srivastava gave a positive update on the comedian’s health. He said, “If the improvement is seen in Srivatava’s health condition, which we have noticed in the past few days, then the ventilator is likely to be removed by today.”

Raju’s fans, family, and friends even prayed for his speedy recovery. His family had even organized pooja for his better health and even planted 51 neem trees. Well, it seems doctors' hard work and fans’ prayers have been answered, as Thursday marked a sign of health improvement for Raju Shrivastava. 

Even Amitabh Bachchan had sent an audio message to Raju wishing him a speedy recovery. The message said, “It's enough Raju. Rise up Raju, and keep teaching us all to laugh.”

For the unversed, the 58-year-old comedian collapsed while running on a treadmill, working out in a gym at a hotel in New Delhi, and was rushed to AIIMS. He underwent angioplasty on August 10, 2022, as he had suffered a heart attack.
