Bigg Boss Fame Aadarsh Balakrishna To Play A RAW Agent In Peshawar - EXCLUSIVE
We had earlier reported that Bollywood actor Ashmit Patel and Sushmita Sen's brother Rajeev Sen will be making his digital debut with Ullu App's upcoming series Peshwar. ALTBalaji's Booo.. Sabki Phategi actress Sakshi Pradhan and Rakshanda Khan are also playing prominent roles in the show. Now we hear that former Bigg Boss contestant Aadarsh Balakrishna, who has done over 30 Telugu movies including blockbusters like Happy Days, Ride and Govindudu Andarivadele, along with Nagesh Kukunoor's National Award winning Iqbal will be playing the lead role on the show.

While speaking exclusively to SpotboyE.com, Aadarsh said, "I am playing Indian Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) agent in Peshawar. It is loosely based on the real life hero, who was popularly known as 'Black Tiger'. As of now that's all I can reveal."

Interestingly, the actor is also playing the role of a RAW agent in the upcoming Telugu flick titled Chanakya and a sniper in Applause Entertainment's web series directed by Raj Acharya, based on the URI surgical strike.

When quizzed as to what convinced him to take up the web-series, the actor said, "Peshawar attack was a heart-wrenching incident, where hundreds of innocent kids were brutally massacred. The entire storyline of the series is tragic, people need to know the kind of atrocity the elements like Taliban and Al-Qaeda are causing. The writer of the series also happens to be from the valley, which added realistic flavor in the story. The whole web-series is quite moving and that's why I gave the green signal. I am grateful to Vibhu Agarwal (CEO of Ullu App) for giving me this fantastic opportunity to be a part of this amazing series. Also, I would like to say thanks to our director Jehangir Irroni, he appreciated my work and brings out the best from us.”
