Bigg Boss 15: Salman Khan's Show Registers Low TRPs, Makers Likely To End The Show Before February 2022-REPORTS
Bigg Boss 15’s TRP has been hitting low every week and this has forced the makers to end the show earlier than expected.
Bigg Boss 15 may have seen dynamic twists and high octane drama, but the show seems to have landed in trouble. The show was supposed to run till February 2022, and with the strong lineup of contestants, it seemed completely possible. Even makers were quite confident about the same. It is speculated that the budget of the show including the fee of Salman Khan is close to Rs 500 crore.
Well, that goes beyond anyone’s imagination. Not to mention, the team also spent quite a bit on building the jungle theme set.
However, despite these substantial efforts, the show’s TRP has been hitting low every week.
It started off with 2 but now even the Weekend Ka Vaar episodes are not getting TRPs close to that mark. This has left the makers worried as Salman Khan's presence did wonders most of the time.
The show had a TRP of 1 last week. With Raqesh Bapat and Neha Bhasin joining the show as wild card entry also received a cold response from the audience.
While the first two weeks registered good numbers as the housemates focused on strategies and so on. But the excessive focus on TejRan and love angle has ruined the essence of Bigg Boss.
There are a few factors that need to be considered.
The first two weeks were good with the housemates focusing on strategies and so on. But the excessive focus on TejRan and the love angle has ruined the essence of Bigg Boss. Another thing that does not seem to be working in its favour is the live feed. Many people who watch live do not watch the show as they feel the former is a lot better, reported BollywoodLife.

It remains to be seen if the makers officially announce a smaller season. Salman Khan has slammed the contestants for their low entertainment quotient in the past Weekend Ka Vaar. He said that this was not a scripted show as it was left to them to do justice to Bigg Boss.
In other news, Raqesh Bapat is out of the show due to medical reasons while Afsana Khan has been eliminated after a bad panic attack.
