Bigg Boss 14: Manu Punjabi Counters Salman Khan's Comment On Rahul Vaidya; Says ‘Rahul Bhagoda Nahi Hai, Wo Mahaan Hai; I Respect His Decision’- WATCH
Rahul Vaidya has a huge following on social media, and his fans were left disappointed after the singer decided to exit Bigg Boss 14 mid-way. It was during the finale week that he voluntarily exited the BB house, saying that he was homesick and missed his parents. However, he returned once again days later, and Salman Khan schooled him for leaving the house in the first place. Since then, several contestants also pointed out how he had an unfair advantage as he has come back again after going outside.

Rahul Vaidya was seen getting irked when Bigg Boss mentioned that he ran away from the house. He then told Salman Khan that he doesn’t like it when they say that he ran away from the show in fear. Now, Manu Punjabi has come out in support of Rahul Vaidya, and explained why he doesn’t think he is a ‘bhagoda’ (someone who runs away)’. In the video shared on social media, Manu Punjabi starts by saying how much it hurts Rahul Vaidya every time he is called ‘bhagoda’. Salman Khan has also repeatedly mentioned that he ran away from the show. However, he said that he has a slight difference of opinion. Manu said that it was during the time when finalists were being chosen, that Rahul decided to leave. He said that he left such a huge opportunity just so he could meet his parents, and that he respects his decision.

“Wo mahaan hai, uske andar ye quality hai ki wo itne bade manch ko chhodkar apne dil ki ek awaaz sunkar wahaa se jaane ke liye keh raha hai. Aur wo apni chaahe girlfriend se, ya apni maa se milna chaah raha hai, aur unko zyada importance de raha hai, toh meri nazar me wo zyada value rakhti hai,” said Manu.

He then mentions an example that Salman Khan gave about what Rahul would have done if he were in jail. Would he still cry? Manu says that even in jail many prisoners cry as they miss their family, but there they aren’t given an option. However, Rahul had an option. His mistake was that he wanted to enter the show once again. “According to me, if a person quits the show because he misses his family, I respect his decision,” said Manu.
