Balika Vadhu Actor Avinash Mukherjee On Love: 'It Doesn't Exist In Today's Time'- EXCLUSIVE
Avinash Mukherjee, who is currently seen as Soham Singh in Shakti- Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, is not like the usual young boys of his age. He is dedicated, hard-working, family-oriented, and he calls his idea of love and romance "old-school".

Sharing his views on love and romance, the young actor said, "Love and romance are forgotten and they don't exist in today's time. I am really an old-school lover and that's why I am still single. I have not found a girl who matches my thinking or my ideology of love and romance. I am like a Shah Rukh Khan lover. The young actor also confessed that he is a family-oriented guy, and added, "I don't party much because whenever I get a chance I want to spend more time with my family and enjoy with them rather than going out with friends and partying with them for no apparent reason. I like to party only when there is something to celebrate." ALSO READ: Avinash Mukherjee On His Ganesh Chaturthi Plans: 'Will Do Digital Aarti And Pray For My Loved Ones'- EXCLUSIVE

"I want to continue living my life like this, and maybe after 35, I might start partying and going out. I also don't like to talk about my career goals, I just want people to read about it," he further added.

Avinash was just 11 when he made his acting debut with Ramayan in 2008 and literally has grown up in the industry because he has never stopped working. He said, "From 'Balika Vadhu' to 'Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki' I have grown up in the industry and I feel really good. It's been a magical experience. As I always say what you cannot express, you call it magic, so it's been like that for me and I keep learning every day, and the more I learn each day, the more I fall in love with the art of filmmaking."

Talking about his role in Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, he said, "My role in 'Shakti...' is very challenging because it has many layers, and I enjoy doing such complex roles wherein you get to perform as an actor and you get more chances of drawing out from your personal experiences and portraying that on-screen. There is no better exercise in acting than doing that."
