Actress Arti Singh tied the knot with businessman husband Dipak Chauhan on April 25, 2024. The couple has been living their best life, enjoying their newly married phase to the fullest. Their wedding was attended by all their family members and close friends. It came as a surprise to many when Arti’s maternal uncle Govinda marked his presence during the wedding. The actor had arrived at the wedding to bless the newly married couple, despite his ongoing dispute with the actress’ brother Krushna Abhishek.
Opening up about the same, in a podcast with Paras Chhabra, the 39-year-old actress expressed elation over her ‘chi chi mama’ attending her wedding. She added that even though he came for a short amount of time, his arrival meant a lot to her. She revealed how every one of her family members were together under one roof after a long time. Quoted by Bollywood Shaadis, she said, “Main sabse jyada khush thi ki Chi Chi mama aaye. Kam time ke liye aaye lekin wo aaye. Unka aana mere liye bahut badi baat thi. Further during her interaction, she opened up and shared if everything was fine between her and Govinda. The Thoda Hai Bas Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai actress added that she had never been a part of the feud between Govinda’s and Krushna’s families. She added, “Mere saath toh kabhi kuchh tha hi nahi. Main unse bahut pyaar karti hun. For the unversed, the family feud between the actors has been going on for a while. From nasty exchange of words between Kashmera Shah and Sunita Ahuja to Krushna accusing his uncle of not visiting his kids at the hospital when they were born, and Govinda calling him a liar, the family has engaged in many public spats. Earlier, the comedian had extended a hand towards a truce. The family is on its way to mend their relationship again after spending a few years being angry at each other.
