Actor Armaan Kohli is currently making buzz for a controversial reason. The actor was questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Saturday evening in connection with a drugs case. As many know, Armaan's residence was raided by the officers on Saturday and he was later taken into custody for questioning. As per latest report, Armaan Kohli has been sent to Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) custody till tomorrow i.e. September 1.
As per ETimes, the actor has been arrested under sections 21(a), 27(a), 28, 29, 30 and 35 of the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act. After the arrest of Kohli, two drug peddlers were also arrested by the NCB in a raid in the Juhu area.
The report further states that NCB recovered a small quantity of cocaine drugs in his residence, after which he was taken for further investigation. As per ETimes report, "After the raid, actor Armaan Kohli gave ambiguous answers to questions put up by NCB. He was then taken into custody at the NCB office," informed NCB Zonal Director (Mumbai) Sameer Wankhede. Armaan made his debut as a leading actor in his father's film Virodhi. He later went on to star in Dushman Zamana, Anaam, Aulad Ke Dushman, Qahar, Salman Khan starrer Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and more. In 2013, the actor participated in the reality show Bigg Boss 7 and made headlines for multiple reasons.
