Sharing her experience of working with such an experienced actor Parvati said, "Observing him on the sets I perfected my dialogue delivery and learned the value of pauses, timing, and diction. He was an institution by himself. On the sets, Bauji was a great motivating force who always inspired me to be a better person and actor. In between shots, he used to regale us with captivating tales from his NSD (National School Of Drama) days, which were full of useful tips about the world of acting and actors.

She went on to say, "He taught us the value of hard work and meticulous preparation before facing the camera. He often used to say, 'Acting shabdon ke beech ka khel hai' meaning acting happens in-between the words or what we do in-between the words is called acting. I will miss his presence for years to come and pray for his departed soul."
