Last night, a media report claimed that Parth Samthaan, who essays character of Anurag Basu in Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, has decided to opt out from the show.

And now, SpotboyE.com has it that another actor from the show has also decided to quit it. A reliable source informs us that Parth Samthaan and Sahil Anand both have informed their decision to the production house and discussions are on between both the parties. Though the makers have not accepted their resignation yet and are trying to convince them to stay back. We tried reaching out to both the actors but they remained unavailable for comment. Sahil's decision of opting out from the show is yet not known but according to Pinkvilla, Parth wants to focus on his health and other projects now. The reports stated: "Parth wants to now direct his attention towards his health and the other projects he is in talks with. Ekta Kapoor has been trying to persuade Parth into retainment but the actor has expressed his wish to opt out. The production, in the meantime, has already started to consider actors to step in Parth's shoes but are finding it difficult."
